Upon payment of KES 3,000,000 (Three Million) as part payment of the full purchase price, the Investor is entitled to:
- Quarterly payment of Kes 60,000 (Sixty Thousand Shillings Only) as Return on Investment.
- Two (2) holiday nights on accommodation annually.
- Free access to the swimming pool and gym.
- Free Wi-Fi services.
The management team takes care of the following key activities for the smooth running of the suites;

- Garbage collection

Requirements for Offer Letter Preparation
Step 1: · Coloured copy of National ID (front and back side) or a Passport
- KRA Pin
Step 2: Drafting an offer letter from us (the seller) to you (the investor), who accepts by signing and making payment. A minimum deposit required is Kes 500,000 which can be negotiated.
Step 3: After execution of the offer letter, the investor gets a Sale agreement from our lawyers.
Step 4: Lastly, the Investor gets a sublease from the Ministry of Lands.
